The Short Version
We had our court date in Kerch, Crimea March 29, and the adoption of Leza and Tema was approved. After a 10 day waiting period, the court decree was issued and the coming home process could commence.

I had to return home for work, but Linda finished up the final tasks in Simferopol and Kiev, and should be home with the kids in a couple of days.

Unfortunately, although Tanya's paperwork is finally in order and filed in Kiev, they will not waive the mandatory one year waiting period for her. So we get to do this all over again next March or April to finally bring her home, but the good news is there is light at the end of this long tunnel.
